Success in the Inside sales role will lead you to eventual sales opportunities within our field based direct sales team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Working at our corporate headquarters in Salem, NH, and supporting our field sales resources, the primary focus of our Inside Sales position is to generate qualified customer leads that the outside sales teams can develop into sales opportunities. This includes:
Participation in ongoing sales, business, and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of the solutions that we support as well as go-to-market strategies. This includes written tests and oral presentations that measure sales competency and messaging ability.
Using multiple lead-generation tools including Salesforce.com, you will generate potential sales leads via the phone, meeting a quota for daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals by making a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
Must be a results driven self-starter with a measurable ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
- Prior inside sales experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills resulting in the ability to influence others.
- Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure.
- Must be mature and confident with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player.
