Daniel holds an MBA in Technology Management and his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has many years of experience in the IT industry. He has served as Systems Support Manager at MCPHS University in Boston, MA; as Director of IT at OTT Communications, a publicly traded CLEC; and as a Senior Architect at Mosaic Technology Corporation. Daniel has had abundant hands on experience supporting many platforms throughout his IT career, and his experience provides unique insight that will help you better leverage the value of your IT landscape.
