Mosaic Technology hosted four premier events nationwide to celebrate the release of the seventh installment of the Star Wars franchise. Events on the east coast were held in Burlington, MA and Bangor, ME; and on the west coast in the Seattle, WA and Portland, OR areas.

In Burlington, Mosaic partnered with Bradford Networks, Extrahop and HPE. The event kicked off at 9:00 on December 18, the day of the movie’s opening. Once the guests made their way into the theatre Bradford Networks began the presentations, with their demonstration projected onto the big screen. Jonathan Randall of Bradford Networks discussed the need for network access control, and how Bradford Networks NetSentry/RTR solution can greatly help to minimize risk to assets and intellectual property.

Next Matt Cauthorn of ExtraHop discussed Wire Data Analytics, and ExtraHop’s ability to instantly pinpoint problem areas in your network; as opposed to taking the all too tired process of elimination approach, which always ends up costing your company far more time and money than necessary. Lastly, Don Gellenthien of HPE talked about the brilliantly streamlined HPE BladeSystem Tecchnology along with HPE OneView, which delivers a single infrastructure and single management platform with federated intelligence, automated for rapid service delivery and rock-solid reliability. This is the foundation for the Software-Defined Data Center, and can increase your deployment times by 64% on average.

It was a lot to take in, however it was hard not to be engaged when such interesting technologies were being discussed. It was all worth the wait however, for an hour after the presentations began the movie started to roll, and all in attendance got to relax for the next two hours and enjoy the movie that many of us have been waiting years to see.
