Every engagement begins with an assessment by one of our sales engineers. It’s during this period that we get to know your environment. It’s when we work with you to articulate and define your objectives in a technology and business context.

Based on information gathered during the assessment we identify specific hardware, software, and services necessary to meet your objectives. We also provide detailed recommendations about deployment, ROI analysis, and an architecture overview where appropriate.
Design
Mosaic uses industry best practices to design a complete plan for specific projects in your environment. We ensure that activities and objectives are in line with your technological, business, and budgetary goals.
We provide a detailed implementation plan and schedule that outlines the overall scope and specific actions of the engagement. We always ensure that and project minimizes impact on current operations. Our designs are also flexible and scalable to make sure our work adapts to future requirements.
Implement
Our team works closely with your staff - not in place of your staff – during all phases of the project. We combine our knowledge of best practices and configuration requirements to get your project rolling and your staff trained at the same time. We test, validate, configure, implement and integrate all aspects of our project with you and your team. When we complete a project we leave behind on-going value and a continuing relationship.
Document
We document everything. The initial scope of work is our agreed upon roadmap. Our end of job document details what we did, how and when we did it, and includes suggested maintenance activities where necessary.
Support
Once we complete a project we continue to track its success. We stay in touch with you with periodic "Project Health Checks." These are personal reviews conducted by our project leader to ensure that our work continues to meet your expectations and standards after we finish on site.
