The Sun Ultra Enterprise 250 is a PCI based workgroup server that supports up to two 250Mhz, 300Mhz or 400Mhz UltraSPARC II. The 250Mhz processor has a 1Mb Cache. The 300Mhz and 400Mhz processors have a 2Mbyte Cache . The SUN Ultra Enterprise 250 also supports up to six internal Ultra-SCSI hot-swappable disk drives using software based RAID levels 0, 1 and 5. Hardware based RAID can be implemented for up to 9 external 6-disk multipacks. The system comes standard with 10/100Base-T Ethernet and internal CD-Rom. There are four available PCI slots.
