Product Returns
No product may be returned, regardless of reason, without a valid RMA number issued by Mosaic Technology Corporation. Please contact your sales representative directly to obtain information on how to return product from a recent purchase.
All non-defective returns for credit or exchange must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. All products to be returned must be unopened, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer and/or Mosaic.
