Testing and Technical Capabilities
You can rest assured that any spares drop shipped from Mosaic will be ready for install as soon as they arrive on site. Mosaic’s technicians have close to 100 years combined experience, and all product that enters our warehouse is tested on arrival, and again before shipping.

Board Exchange and Repair
Customer need a new board? Mosaic can send out a replacement and repair your customer’s damaged board. Upon successful repair, Mosaic can either send it to your customer to shelf as an additional spare or offer cash back.
