Mosaic Technology is looking to fill a position in our warehouse in Portsmouth, NH. Primary duties associated with this role include shipping, receiving and inventory management. Candidate will be responsible for packaging (using formal industry standards) new and used server level IT equipment for shipment worldwide. They will also be responsible for receiving incoming goods, both physically and into the Company’s computer tracking systems. In addition, you will assist with the warehousing of Mosaic inventory.

Personal Characteristics:

• Must have the physical strength (lift at least 70 lbs.) and stamina to lift and move goods repeatedly

• Possesses good organizational skills

• Have a courteous helpful attitude and can work well with others

• Can multi-task and prioritize

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must arrive to work on time every day

• Candidate must be a motivated self-starter

• Candidate’s work must show both quality and efficiency, especially in times of increased business where lots of orders are leaving our door

• FedEx, UPS, and DHL knowledge will be very helpful

• Forklift knowledge a plus

• Must maintain work area in an organized and clean manner at all times

• May be required to operate pallet jack and related stockroom machinery

• Basic to intermediate computer skills – Should be comfortable using Word and Excel (Basics) and Company Computer Systems

 

Work Conditions:

• Mostly indoors in stockroom; some outdoor work required for unloading shipments

• Will be required to work on feet for long periods of time

• Fast paced work environment, overtime may be required during busy seasons
